Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or eligible)
- DEA licensure or eligibility
- Commitment to value-based, patient-centered primary care

Compensation Range:
$192,153.00to
$288,230.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
