We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our client’s global Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will help turn raw data into clear, meaningful reports that support Marketing teams in understanding their performance. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and spreadsheets, is curious about data, and wants to develop their analytical skills while learning marketing tools and metrics. Previous marketing experience is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly Marketing and Sales performance reports.
- Organize and clean raw data from different sources to create clear, consistent reports.
- Update recurring reports and dashboards, checking data for accuracy and completeness.
- Use spreadsheets and formulas to summarize data and support day-to-day reporting requests.
- Learn to work with Salesforce and other reporting and marketing analytics tools, including HockeyStack.
- Develop an understanding of marketing metrics to help the team track campaign performance and engagement.
- Help identify trends and differences in results, with guidance from the team.
- Suggest ways to make reporting clearer, more consistent, and more efficient.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing Operations and the wider Marketing team to understand their reporting needs.
- Learn to use available AI tools where appropriate to support reporting tasks and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and formulas to organize and summarize data.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to checking data and reports.
- A willingness to learn new systems, reporting tools, and marketing metrics.
- A proactive mindset, including asking questions, suggesting improvements, and taking ownership of tasks after training.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across a global team.
- Ability to organize your workload and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets, or another CRM such as HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
