We are looking for aProduct Support Analyst to join an international Customer Experience and Product Support organization. In this role, you will be the frontline connection between customers and the company’s technology, helping users resolve product-related questions and technical issues through phone, live chat, and online cases.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who communicates confidently in English, enjoys helping customers, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:
- Support customers through phone, live chat, and online cases.
- Investigate product-related questions and resolve issues clearly and efficiently.
- Manage your case queue, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Document cases accurately and escalate bugs or complex issues when required.
- Work with Product Support, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Participate in training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements:
- English proficiency, including confidence in phone conversations.
- Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and take ownership of customer issues.
- Willingness to learn new products and technical concepts.
- Previous customer service or support experience is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Availability to work US hours and attend the office during the first eight weeks.
- Experience with SaaS products, support platforms, or SQL is a plus but is not required.
