We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer reporting to the Manager of Cloud Services Operations to provide excellent solutions for the security, availability, performance, efficiency, change management, and monitoring of the service. In this role, you will work with a world-class engineering team to drive excellent customer experiences with our SaaS offering, deploy services across multiple cloud environments, and implement automation to continuously reduce toil for customer operations.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer cloud environments for operating the PLM Platform.
- Work closely with DevOps, support, and development teams.
- Work with cutting-edge technology in the cloud (Azure preferred).
- Implement automation to continuously reduce toil for Customer operations using CI/CD processes.
- Be part of a team that introduces new technologies and deploys services to multiple cloud environments and regions.
- Solve technical problems, guide various teams (internal & external), and continually improve our systems, deployments, operations, monitoring, and overall cloud activities and costs.
- Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and remediation of security and privacy issues of the Managed Services offerings, including internal and external technical communication.
- Set up cross-region environments using automated or manual procedures.
- Respond to customer support issues related to these environments.
- Maintain industry knowledge of the latest trends, technology, and practices.
- Participate in on-call shifts as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in cloud computing, virtualization, and containers - Docker and K8S.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility.
- Advanced networking knowledge - Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP - troubleshooting, performance tuning.
- Monitoring systems and SLA tracking.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting high-scale Production workloads.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Additional languages are desirable.
- Must be eligible to work in Poland
