As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide first-line support for Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management services. You will troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and user access issues across Windows and other operating systems.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for Microsoft Intune incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, policy deployment, application installation, and Company Portal issues.
Support Windows 10/11 devices and perform basic troubleshooting across iOS, Android, and macOS.
Handle user access and device management requests in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Diagnose issues, resolve standard cases, and escalate complex problems to L2 or L3 teams.
Maintain accurate case documentation and work in line with agreed SLA requirements.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in technical support, service desk, or endpoint administration.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365.
Understanding of device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, Windows Autopilot, and application deployment.
Basic knowledge of Conditional Access and troubleshooting across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and case-management skills.
Good command of English.
