Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Formulate presale business strategies, implementation plans, and service offerings that meet customer requirements to drive Motorola's sales, revenue, and margin goals
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams across engineering, sales, service, and proposal specialists to drive sole-source and RFP projects to completion on schedule
• Coordinate across internal functional business units to help to ensure all organizational objectives and win-strategies are seamlessly integrated into customer proposals

• Conduct detailed customer requirements discovery to translate operational needs into robust end-to-end technical system architectures
• Architect and implement seamless connections between mobile video applications and broader software ecosystems
• Walk our customers through a demonstration of key product features
• Partner closely with sales teams to develop technology strategies across critical communications, advanced mission critical devices, and command center software
• Direct solution testing, configuration, and technology demonstrations to showcase integrated hardware and software offerings to stakeholders

• Present complex technical concepts and strategic business proposals clearly
• Build strong, lasting relationships with internal cross-functional leaders and key external customer stakeholders
• Maintain a flawless execution mindset to oversee project deadlines, address complex requirements, and provide valuable alternatives whenever specific requirements cannot be met

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience in sales, engineering, presales, project/program management, systems experience
• OR 5+ years of experience in sales, engineering, presales, project/program management, or systems experience
• Ability to analyze voice and data communication structures across public safety and enterprise applications
• Utilize IP Networking & Security to evaluate network infrastructure, protocols, and security frameworks
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication across all internal and external engagements

• Oversee end-to-end technical and business strategy for complex enterprise-level projects
• Organize matrixed teams across sales, product, service, and engineering toward strict project deadlines
• Analyze RFP specifications, manage proposal timelines, and formulate competitive win-strategies
• Present complex technical and business topics to high-level audiences

• Experience with Cloud solutions (FedRAMP), IP networking architecture, and network security protocols
• Knowledge of RF coverage predictions, microwave design, traffic/capacity modeling, and associated engineering toolsets

Location/Travel:

• Travel over 50% of the time within the assigned territory (Midwest/West region)

Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 USD

On Target Earnings: $102,000 - $114,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
