About this team and role:

Firefox Enterprise is a new team within Mozilla that is addressing the needs of business and government customers for a secure enterprise browser that gives organizations greater control over their data, policies, and digital infrastructure. We’re now seeking a Strategic Account Manager, Firefox Enterprise to help grow Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a high-impact post-sales strategic account and customer success role for someone who is excited to build deep relationships with customers and help them achieve success using Firefox Enterprise.   

What you’ll do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with executive, commercial, technical, procurement, and partner stakeholders
• Develop success plans and guide customers from pilot through deployment, adoption, and broader rollout
• Monitor account health, lead business reviews, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation plans
• Own renewal planning, develop expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate retention and revenue forecasts
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new Firefox Support opportunities when customer responsibilities allow
• Recognize broader Firefox Enterprise opportunities and coordinate them with the responsible Account Executive
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and success planning with customers
• Resolve issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution

What you’ll bring: 

Required qualifications

• Experience owning strategic customer relationships in enterprise technology, including engagement with both senior and operational stakeholders
• A track record of supporting commercial outcomes through renewals, expansion, consultative sales, or a combination of these
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust across different levels of a customer organization
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to address customer requirements, risks, and escalations
• Sufficient technical curiosity and learning ability to engage credibly with enterprise architects, security teams, IT operations, and product specialists
• Native-level fluency in German and advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness and ability to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as required
• Willingness and ability to occasionally accommodate collaboration and meetings aligned with U.S. business hours

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, security, platform, or on-premises software
• Experience working with public-sector, regulated, or similarly complex organizations
• Experience selling enterprise support, subscriptions, or professional services
• Familiarity with open-source software and enterprise open-source business models
• Familiarity with browser management, endpoint policies, identity and access management, SIEM, or related enterprise technologies
