MP Materials is a US rare earth producer headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, that mines and refines rare earth materials and manufactures permanent magnets. It owns the Mountain Pass mine and processing facility in California, acquired in 2017 when the site was idle, makes magnets at its Independence facility in Fort Worth, Texas, and is building a second Texas magnet plant; its shares trade on the NYSE. Hiring is concentrated in Fort Worth and covers magnetics, process, controls and electrical engineers, laboratory analysts, prototyping technicians, EHS specialists and procurement and finance staff.

Company Overview:

MP Materials (NYSE: MP) is rebuilding American industrial capability for a new era of autonomy, robotics, and electrification.

These materials are the foundation of physical AI-the convergence of computation, movement, and control.

We hire ambitious, mission-driven people who want to tackle complex challenges and shape the future of strategic industries.
