Quality Assurance Engineering - Sr Associate (Grade 4) [Experience: 4-6 Years; Individual Contributor role]
>Experience in software testing
>Exposure to Scrum process
>Good knowledge of SDLC and QA practices and Hands-on exposure
>Experienced working on Online Banking Domain
>Hands-on in functional, regression, Security/Performance testing of highly technically products
>Exposure to QA tools (Bug Tracking, Test Management, Script Management, etc.)
- Experience and willingness to work on creating test cases, test scripts and execute them
>Basic SQL & Product Installation knowledge
>Exposure to Test & Defect Management Tools and Ms Excel
>Exposure to test automation (Selenium and CALISA)
>Good knowledge of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test Logs, Test Results, Test Traceability Matrix and Test Metrics.
>Experience in Test Automation (Selenium/Java).Exposure to Online Banking Domain.
>Exposure on configuration management tools
>Hands-on experience on Functional, Non-functional, Regression, Smoke/Sanity Testing.
>Good working knowledge on manual testing process, automation testing life cycle and automation estimations.
>Understand the requirement through difference source of information/documents available with the team.
>Participate in all design reviews, test case reviews, interaction with BU, client and stakeholders
>Track progress against assigned tasks, report status, and proactively identify issues to the Product Owners and management team.
