- Função: Atender clientes interessados em imóveis MRV, apresentar produtos, esclarecer dúvidas, conduzir o cliente pelo funil de vendas até a assinatura do contrato.
- Principais atividades: Realizar atendimento presencial e/ou remoto a potenciais compradores.
Realizar apresentação de imóveis, plantas, condições de financiamento e benefícios MRV.
Conduzir o cliente pelos passos da compra (simulação de financiamento, documentação, cronograma de entrega).
Prospeção de novos clientes, follow-up e cobrança de metas de vendas.
- Requisitos comuns: Ensino médio completo;
Experiência em vendas e atendimento ao cliente
Habilidade de comunicação, persuasão, negociação e negociação de objeções.
Organização, proatividade e foco em resultados.
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial/escala conforme região.
Conhecimento básico de informática e ferramentas de CRM.
