Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Rome. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and international environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.
- Scheduling service appointments according to established processes and guidelines.
- Informing customers about ongoing promotions, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Professional proficiency in Italian.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Internship contract.
