Coordinator - Products Core B2B.Enterprise Business Unit

The Coordinator Products B2B is responsible for supporting the design, development, launch, enhancement, and lifecycle management of MTN's B2B product portfolio. The role ensures that enterprise products and services remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs, market trends, and MTN Group strategy. The position reports to the Manager, B2B Products and is based at the Head Office, Douala.

• Develop and manage B2B products and services from concept through commercialization and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, market penetration, and customer adoption.
• Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative products, ICT solutions, and value-added services for corporate, SME, and public sector customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, EBU, MFS, etc.) to ensure successful product implementation and delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments to drive portfolio growth and continuous improvement.
• Support product roadmaps, business cases, Go-to-Market execution, and product enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with product lifecycle management processes, policies, and governance requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, performance reviews, and recommendations for management.

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in telecommunications, product development, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Business (B2B), ICT solutions, mobile technologies, and digital services.
• Excellent analytical, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both English and French.
