  • Workflow Layer: Retries/Backoff, Dead-Letter, Replay, Dedup
  • Security/SSO + Rollen/Permissions + Secrets-Konzept
  • Audit Trail: nachvollziehbar „wer/was/wann/warum“ (Correlation IDs/Tracing)
  • QA-Gates: E2E/Regression für Versand/Fristen/Audit (CI-ready)
