Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • разрабатывать, поддерживать и оптимизировать CI/CD-пайплайны для автоматизации сборки, тестирования и доставки Java-приложений
  • эксплуатировать и развивать Kubernetes-кластеры продакшен- и стейджинг-окружений, создавать и унифицировать Helm-чарты
  • обеспечивать надежную работу инфраструктурных сервисов и баз данных (PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, Redis) как внутри k8s, так и на выделенных узлах
  • настраивать и развивать стек наблюдаемости (Observability): сбор метрик (Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics), визуализацию и алертинг (Grafana), централизованное логирование (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch)
  • автоматизировать рутинные операции (provisioning, конфигурация, бэкапы, обслуживание кластеров) с помощью IaC и скриптов
  • работать в плотной связке с Java-разработчиками: помогать с профилированием приложений в контейнерах, тюнингом пулов соединений, разбором деградаций и настройкой окружений
Наши пожелания к кандидату:
  • коммерческий опыт работы с Kubernetes (понимание жизненного цикла Pod, отличий Deployment от StatefulSet, работы Services, Ingress, Probes, лимитов ресурсов) и Helm от 1-2 лет
  • понимание специфики запуска и работы Java (JVM) в контейнерах: управление памятью, сборка через Maven/Gradle, чтение стектрейсов и метрик
  • практический опыт администрирования и траблшутинга PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka и Redis - важно понимать, как приложение взаимодействует с ними под нагрузкой (пулы коннектов, партиционирование, репликация, персистентность)
  • уверенный опыт построения CI/CD-пайплайнов в GitLab
  • опыт настройки мониторинга и логирования: стек Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch (плюсом будет опыт с Vector / Fluent Bit/ FileBit)
  • крепкие знания Linux, сетей (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/gRPC, TLS) и навыки написания скриптов (Bash, Python)
