Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • проверять документы, связанные с открытием счетов резидентам нерезидентам
  • информировать клиентов об обновление сведений Клиентов в рамках ежегодного обновления
  • контролировать подключение/отключение клиентов к системе ДБО
  • вести коммуникацию с профильными службами банка
  • консультировать потенциальных и действующих Клиентов по продуктам Банка, порядку совершения операций, необходимых к предоставлению к документам
  • контролировать проводимые операции
  • ставить технические задания для оптимизации работы отдела и контролировать их выполнение
  • участвовать в проектах по новым продуктам Банка и для развития действующих
  • контролировать и улучшать качество обслуживания Клиентов, решать конфликтные ситуации с Клиентами
