Обязанности:
  • Мониторинг сети, сервисов, приложений;
  • Поддержка в работоспособном состоянии сетевой инфраструктуры;
  • Обеспечение внешнего доступа к сервисам компании;
  • Обеспечение защиты и безопасности сети;
  • Поиск и устранение возникающих проблем;
  • Развитие, совершенствование, модернизирование сети и телефонии;
  • Взаимодействие с провайдерами, операторами связи;
  • Диагностика проблем аппаратного и программного обеспечения;
  • Периодическое техническое обслуживание сетевого оборудования;
  • Монтаж сетевого оборудования;
  • Установказамена комплектующих, расходных материалов;
  • Установка обновлений;
  • Составление плановотчетности;
  • Резервное копированиевосстановление конфигураций, ПО;
  • Консультациипомощь пользователям по сетевым проблемам и проблемам с телефонией.
Требования:
  • Высшее образование;
    • Опыт работы более 3х лет;
    • опыт работы с системами IP телефонии Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager; VoIP шлюзами
    • опыт конфигурированияадминистрирования систем видео-конференцсвязи, обмена сообщениями Cisco Jabber, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Expressway;
    • знание стека протоколов TCPIP;
    • знание OSPF, BGP, IPsec, GRE, SIP, ARP; VLAN, NAT, PBR, STP, Syslog;
    • опыт администрирования сетевого L2-L3 оборудования Cisco (маршрутизаторы, коммутаторы);
    • опыт администрирования VPN, Firewall-систем Cisco ASA, Fortinet;
    • опыт работы с системами виртуализации VMware ESXi, vSphere, vCenter.
