The Role

Set up, operate, and optimize Heidelberg offset printing presses to achieve maximum efficiency and print quality.
Perform color matching, registration control, plate mounting, and print quality verification.
Troubleshoot print defects, press malfunctions, and machine-related issues in real time.
Monitor production efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce setup times and downtime.
Conduct routine machine inspections and first-line maintenance.
Complete production and quality documentation, including waste reports and shift handover records, accurately.
Coach and support press assistants and junior operators.
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
