• Salary: £23,500, rising to £26,000 after a 3-month probation period, plus incentives and bonus
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (core hours)
• Location: Leeds, hybrid working (blend of office and home)
• 5 minutes from Leeds train station
• Contract: Temp to Perm (3 months via Multitask)
• Must be able start work on the 23rd September 2026

About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new customer service team from the ground up, working across inbound, outbound and correspondence channels. It's a genuinely fresh project with real scope to make a difference, and you'll be at the heart of shaping how customers experience the service from day one.

You'll be based in a brand-new, state-of-the-art office close to Leeds train station and city centre, working in a hybrid pattern that blends home and office working. If you enjoy building rapport with customers and take pride in getting the details right, this role offers a fresh start with a team that puts the customer journey first.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, as well as written correspondence
• Building strong rapport with clients and customers, keeping the customer journey at the forefront of every interaction
• Using Microsoft Teams and Outlook, along with dialler and contact centre platforms, to manage daily tasks
• Accurately recording and updating customer information within CRM systems
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail across all customer-facing tasks

About You

Essential:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service / Contact Centre environment is essential
• Computer literate, with confident use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Experience using diallers, inbound contact centre platforms and CRM systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers
