- Adherence to Compliance of Policies and Procedures,

Process Automation
- Preparing and Implementing SOP
- Quarterly Review of Processes
Data Management
- Reviewing and Revamping Reports
- Managing MIS for Operations Function
- Data Evaluation for better decisions
