Social Media Marketing Manager

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage social media. We want someone who lives on the internet, understands attention, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can ship content at rocket speed.

Responsibilities:

• You will have end-to-end ownership of our social presence:
• Build and execute our social media strategy from 0 to 1
• Create high-volume, attention-grabbing short-form video content.
• Spot trends early and turn them into relevant content quickly.
• Build partnerships and collaborations with creators.
• Create and scale our UGC pipeline.
• Plan and execute in-house shoots.
• Write hooks, concepts, scripts, and briefs.
• Work closely with creators, editors, and internal teams.
• Experiment relentlessly with formats, storytelling, and distribution.
• Track what works, kill what doesn't, and double down on winners.
• Ultimately, build a social brand people recognize, follow, and talk about.

Requirements:

• You probably have 1-2 years of experience, but we're much more interested in what you've built than how long you've worked.
• Have a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social formats.
• Know the difference between content that merely looks good and content that earns attention.
• Be comfortable getting your hands dirty ideating, scripting, shooting, and publishing.
• Understand creators and internet culture.
• Move fast without waiting for perfect briefs.
• Be obsessed with hooks, retention, shares, and engagement.
• Have strong creative instincts backed by data.
• Enjoy building something when there isn't already a playbook.
• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or consumer brands is a plus, but not mandatory.
