Role Overview:

Marketing & Content

• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across various channels (LinkedIn, newsletter, website, etc.) that grow MVST's brand, bring in qualified leads and acquire new customers, from the first brief to the final report.

• Turn our work into stories. Collaborate with our designers, developers and product managers to create project showcases, articles and short-form video that show what we build and how we build it.

• Own our social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn, and keep our followers hooked, well-informed and craving more!

• Keep our brand visible wherever people search: classic SEO for our website, plus making sure we show up in AI-powered search and answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews.

• Get hands-on with performance marketing (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.) to squeeze the most out of every campaign.

• Use AI tools smartly across your workflow, from research and first drafts to repurposing content and analysing results, while keeping our voice human and our quality high.

• Help us throw killer events that not only rock but also give our brand some serious street cred!

• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across every channel and touchpoint.

Business Development & Growth

• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

• Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI, with simple dashboards to track what works.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to boost revenue and market share.

• Set up and execute lead generation strategies (e.g. email marketing, marketing automation and CRM).

• Maintain customer relationships and help develop sustainable business development and sales strategies.

• Support our founders and sales team with pitch materials and case studies.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of solid experience in marketing and/or business development, ideally in B2B, SaaS, tech or an agency environment.

• Genuine curiosity about tech products, design and digitalization. You enjoy explaining complex things in a simple way.

• A track record that screams success in hitting sales targets

• A strong writer who can switch tone from a snappy LinkedIn post to a detailed case study.

• Nailing it with marketing analytics and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, a CRM (Storyblok), and Canva or Figma basics.

• Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and excited to experiment with new ones.

• Data-minded: numbers don't scare you, and you know which KPIs actually matter.

• Got a knack for strategic thinking and problem-solving.

• Organised and proactive. You juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball and take ownership without waiting to be asked.

• Top-notch communicator, negotiator and presenter.

• Creative and innovative thinker, no dull moments here!

• Bonus points for video editing skills, event organisation experience, or B2B lead generation.

• Fluent English skills complete your profile. German and/or Spanish is a plus.

Our Recruitment Process

While the process might slightly vary depending on the role, here's what you can typically expect:

• Intro Call: A quick 15-20 minute chat with someone from our people team

• Take-home Assignment: You'll have one week to complete a task relevant to the role

• Technical Interview: A 1-hour deep dive with the Hiring Manager

• Team Meet-up: If you're based near one of our offices, we might invite you to visit and meet the team in person
