We are seeking a talented Quality Engineer to oversee our quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across product lifecycles, supplier networks, and internal manufacturing processes. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will take full ownership of quality assurance across the entire product lifecycle-from raw material inspection and supplier quality management to in-line manufacturing and final customer delivery. Utilizing data-driven methodologies, root cause analysis, and statistical process control, support a proactive quality culture, lead non-conformance investigations, and drive continuous improvement projects that directly influence operational efficiency and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end internal and external audit programs, including supplier audits, to guarantee full compliance with regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and industry best practices

  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance using data-driven scorecards, metric analysis, and documentation reviews. Partner with vendors to resolve incoming material issues and drive targeted quality improvement plans.

  • Lead non-conformance investigations and oversee the CAPA process from root-cause analysis through long-term resolution. Active participant in Material Review Boards (MRB) and Failure Review Boards (FRB) to disposition non-conforming hardware and issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to solve line issues and eliminate recurring quality bottlenecks across production

  • Oversee product quality from design and development through manufacturing to final delivery, ensuring every unit meets rigorous standards and customer expectations

  • Track, analyze, and report on critical quality KPIs. Drive the execution of annual divisional Quality & Sustainability initiatives to foster a high-reliability, sustainable quality culture

  • Perform other quality-related duties and operational support as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in a quality management or quality engineering role, paired with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)

  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, Quality Management Systems (QMS), modern QA methodologies, and quality-driven manufacturing processes

  • Hands-on experience managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Material Review Board (MRB) activities, and Return Material Authorizations (RMA). Proven track record of developing effective interim and long-term Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

  • Demonstrated ability to perform thorough incoming quality inspections and execute accurate documentation for incoming components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Confident presenting complex technical data to diverse audiences, ranging from one-on-one technical reviews to executive management presentations

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities. Thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and excels in a collaborative team environment
