Deine Aufgaben
- Planung und Koordination der Ausbildungen in den Bereichen Maschinen, Stapler und Sprengen (von der Anmeldung bis zur Verrechnung)
- Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Administrationsteams inklusive Einsatzplanung und Aufgabenkoordination
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Teilnehmende, Firmen, Ausbildende sowie Schul- und Bereichsleitung und Sicherstellung einer professionellen, dienstleistungsorientierten Beratung
- Weiterentwicklung administrativer Prozesse, aktive Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung sowie Erstellung von Kennzahlen, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
Das bringst du mit
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung sowie Freude an der Teamkoordination und der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
- Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten und vernetztes Denken
