Aufgaben

Führung und Einarbeitung von acht Traktionssystem-Ingenieuren
Planung und Zuteilung von Ressourcen für Projekte
Durchführung von Zielvereinbarungen und Leistungsbeurteilungen
Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsinitiativen
Fachliche und prozessuale Unterstützung der Projektumsetzung
Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen und Führungskompetenzen des Teams
Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Standardprozessen und Methoden

Profil

Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (HF, FH oder höher) in Elektrotechnik
3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Traktionssysteme
Vorzugsweise mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Team- und Projektleitung
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Fähigkeiten
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
