Responsibilities:

  • Design seamless experiences for Web and mobile apps, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
  • Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
  • Conduct user research and translate real insights into actionable, user-centered design decisions.
  • Continuously audit and improve existing user flows to optimize usability and engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and set UI standards across the product.
  • Drive end-to-end design processes, owning a feature from concept through to launch.


Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in UX / product design.
  • Primary tool: Figma (must-have).
  • Platforms: Mobile apps + web.
  • Core skills: Wireframes, prototypes, design systems.
  • Approach: User-centered design thinking.
  • Soft skills: Problem-solving and communication.
