Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers - via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and make customers fall in love with our product.
  • Work closely with our tech and product teams to resolve issues faster.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback - we value your voice!

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Great communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Patience + problem-solving mindset.
  • Tech-savvy (don't worry, we'll train you on our platform).
  • A go-getter who enjoys working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
