MA - Inside Sales Rep | International Business - US

As an Inside Sales Representative | International Business supporting our US clients, you will support global sales initiatives by proactively engaging with potential clients across various international markets. A key part of your role will be making outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and helping move potential clients through the sales process. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate activity records, consistently meeting performance targets and quotas, and contributing to the growth of our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients across various international markets to identify and qualify business opportunities
• Engage with prospects professionally, understand their business needs, and communicate relevant solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call, activity, and sales-related quotas
• Track all calls, prospect interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system
• Maintain and update client and prospect information to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
• Follow up consistently with prospects and assist in moving qualified opportunities through the sales process
• Provide professional and responsive communication to prospects and potential clients throughout the engagement process
• Participate in continuous training to enhance your outbound sales, communication, product knowledge, and CRM skills

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an international context
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1); additional languages are a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client success
• Flexibility to work in varying time zones to accommodate international clients
