任职要求

抽象能力：具备较强业务理解与抽象能力，能从复杂需求中提炼结构与核心逻辑，对产品规划与运营有系统性认知
工具能力：熟练使用Axure、Visio、思维导图等工具，具备较强业务流程梳理与产品设计表达能力
协同能力：具备跨团队沟通与推动能力、执行力强，能整合资源并在复杂环境中推动事项高质量落地
