The client is expanding its engineering presence in Ukraine and building a dedicated team consisting ofaTeamLead,aSeniorQAEngineer,andtwoproduct-focuseddevelopmentpods.Eachpodincludesfourengineersandownsitsdomainend-to-end,coveringweb,mobile,andbackendservices.

As a Senior React / React Native Engineer, you will join one of these product pods within the Experience Platform group. While the rolehasastrongfocusonclient-facingapplications,youwillalsocontributetobackendservicesandAPIsthatpowermobileandwebexperiences.Youwillplayakeyroleinshapingtechnicalsolutions,drivingengineeringexcellence,andmentoringotherdevelopers.

Responsibilities

  • LeadtechnicaldesignandimplementationofcomplexfeaturesacrossReactNativeandReactJSapplications
  • BuildandmaintainNode.js/TypeScriptservicesandRESTfulAPIssupportingwebandmobileplatforms
  • Driveapplicationperformanceimprovements,includingrenderingoptimization,memoryprofiling,andbundlesizereduction
  • Breakdowncomplexbusinessrequirementsintoscalabletechnicalsolutionsanddeliverableincrements
  • Establishandpromotebestpracticesforcodequality,testing,security,observability,andoperationalexcellence
  • ContributetoCI/CDpipelineimprovementsandapplicationreleaseprocesses
  • Mentorengineersthroughcodereviews,technicaldiscussions,andknowledgesharing
  • CollaboratecloselywithProduct,UX,Architecture,andSecurityteamstodeliverscalableandcompliantsolutions
  • Participateinincidentresponseactivitiesandsupportproductionsystemswhenrequired

Requirements

  • 6+yearsofexperiencebuildingandmaintainingproduction-gradesoftwaresystems
  • 5+yearsofcommercialexperiencewithReactNativeorReactJSandatleast1+yearofexperiencewiththecomplementarytechnology
  • StrongexpertiseinJavaScript/TypeScript,componentarchitecture,andstatemanagementsolutions
  • 1+yearofhands-onexperiencewithNode.jsandTypeScript
  • Experiencedesigning,building,orconsumingRESTfulAPIs
  • Solidunderstandingofmicroservicesandservice-orientedarchitectures
  • Experienceworkingwithcloudplatforms(GCPpreferred;AWSorAzureisalsoacceptable)
  • PracticalexperiencewithCI/CDprocessesandcontainerizedenvironments
