  • соблюдение законодательства в финансово -хозяйственной деятельности филиала;
  • работа с 44-ФЗ и 223-ФЗ;
  • земельное право;
  • ведение договорной работы в соответствии с нормами действующего законодательства и локальными правовыми актами Общества;
  • экспертиза договоров и иных соглашений;
  • разрабатывает документы правового характера;
  • проверка контрагентов;
  • помощь руководителям подразделений;
  • разработка документов;
  • подготовка заключений, рекомендаций;
Требования:
  • образование высшее профессиональное ( юридическое);

  • опыт работы от 3-х лет в области правовых, договорных отношений;

  • грамотность, самостоятельность;

  • умение принимать решения;

  • активная жизненная позиция
