We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our development team and grow their technical skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced developers to design, implement, test, and improve software solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to both frontend and backend development while gaining practical experience with APIs, databases, development frameworks, and modern software engineering practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career developer with academic projects, internship, or working-student experience who is eager to learn and build a career in software development.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain software components with guidance and support from experienced team members.
- Implement and test solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
- Contribute to frontend and/or backend development activities.
- Work with REST APIs, databases, and development frameworks.
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
- Follow software engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile development environment.
- Continuously learn and develop your technical skills and knowledge.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in software development. Academic projects, internships, or working-student experience are highly welcome.
- Basic hands-on experience with Java, C#, C++, Python, or a similar programming language.
- Basic knowledge of web development, REST APIs, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and standard software development tools.
- Basic understanding of software engineering practices, including testing, debugging, and version control.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop in a professional software engineering environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
