What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our team and help us build products that are reliable, scalable, and easy to evolve.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying close to the code, guiding engineers, and making sound technical decisions in a practical way.
You’ll work with Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js, helping the team deliver quality software, improve existing systems, and balance speed with long-term maintainability and stability.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the team from a technical perspective
- Helping design and build scalable, maintainable solutions
- Working closely with product, design, and engineering teams
- Mentoring developers and supporting their growth
- Improving development standards and code quality
- Identifying risks early and helping the team manage them
- Contributing to technical direction and product evolution
- Supporting production stability and continuous improvement
What you’ll need to know/have
- A strong software engineering background, with solid experience in senior-level roles
- Proven experience leading technical decisions and supporting team delivery (hands-on approach to technical leadership)
- Strong backend experience with Java / Spring Boot
- Solid experience with Vue.js
- Good understanding of software architecture in complex environments,APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.), and production environments
- A strong focus on clean code, quality, and maintainability
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
- Professional English level (intermediate/advanced)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Interest in modern technologies, including AI/ML or GenAI, is a plus
