Lead/Senior Consultant SAP HXM – Advisory & Transformation (m/f/d)

• Advise clients on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives
• Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization
• Develop target architectures, solution concepts and roadmaps for modern HR system landscapes
• Support transformation and migration projects, for example from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors
• Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions and presentations
• Contribute to the acquisition of new clients and projects
• Prepare proposals, statements of work and solution concepts
• Support RFPs, pitches and proposal presentations
• Contribute to demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery and internal stakeholders throughout the entire client journey

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and a good understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes
• A solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
• Experience with HR transformation, digitalization and/or migration projects
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to translate business requirements into suitable solutions and roadmaps
• Confidence in working directly with clients and facilitating workshops and presentations
• Experience in presales, proposal processes and ideally RFPs
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across Consulting, Sales and Delivery
• Business-fluent German skills (minimum C1) are required, as you will work closely with German-speaking clients
• Very good English skills
