Nasdaq is an American company founded in 1971 that opened the first electronic stock market and has since turned itself into a financial technology business where exchange operation is only one part. Alongside the United States and Nordic exchanges it runs a listings franchise, sells market data and indexes, licenses trading and clearing technology to other market operators, and has built a large regulatory technology business covering financial crime surveillance, anti-money-laundering and board governance software. Headquartered in New York and listed on its own exchange, it now earns the majority of revenue from recurring solutions rather than from trading volumes.
The Executive Experience Specialist supports the delivery of seamless, high-touch visits for executives, founders, board members, investors, prospective listed companies, and strategic partners at Nasdaq MarketSite. Working directly alongside the CxEE team, this role helps execute every phase of the guest journey - from pre-arrival planning through post-visit follow-up - ensuring each visitor leaves with an experience that reflects Nasdaq's reputation as a world-class, innovative, and trusted financial institution.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on hospitality, operational precision, and relationship building.

  • Coordinate delivery of photos, videos, and branded assets to guests
  • Confirm follow-up steps and capture visit notes and guest preferences
  • Maintain records to support Listings, Sales, and Marketing teams

Program Support

  • Contribute to SOP libraries, guest preference databases, and hospitality standards
  • Track metrics such as guest satisfaction, photography turnaround time, and issue resolution
  • Help identify opportunities to elevate and scale the program

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in hospitality, event production, guest relations, or executive support
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Calm, composed problem-solver who performs well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first mindset
  • Discretion and professionalism when working with senior executives and high-profile guests
  • Flexibility to support early morning bell ceremonies and occasional evening events

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently flawless execution across all five phases of the guest journey
  • Positive guest and internal stakeholder feedback
  • Fast, accurate turnaround on assets and follow-ups
