Financial Reporting Analyst - Capital Access Platforms

Nasdaq is seeking a highly motivated Financial Reporting Analyst to join the Divisional Reporting & Analytics team within FP&A. This role will work closely with the Senior Director of Divisional Reporting & Analytics, and support the Divisional CFO and Business Unit CFOs by delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting forecasting and budget processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making for the Capital Assess Platforms Division at Nasdaq.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted finance partner, working closely with business unit finance leads to inform capital allocation, track performance, and provide clear, actionable insights. This position offers strong exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to meaningfully influence financial strategy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Partner with Divisional and Business Unit CFOs and Finance Leads to support budget setting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate financial goals

• Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance commentary versus actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities to inform decision-making

• Support month-end close and forecast processes, including recording accurate transactions and ensuring data integrity across reporting and planning outputs

• Develop and maintain financial models and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and performance management for the Capital Access Platforms Division

• Prepare and present financial reporting and executive-level insights to senior management, while continuously improving financial processes, models, and systems to enhance efficiency and analytical rigor

• Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

• Experience Required: 0-2 Years

• HighproficiencyinutilizingWorkday, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and OneStream (Preferred)

The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
