What You'll Do:

• Support customer onboarding by configuring custom import code andvalidatingdata for accuracy.

• Review and update technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.

• Work directly with customers to receive data files and resolve validation issues.

• Collaborate with teammates across other areas.

• Develop your technical and professional skills through hands-on work, training, and mentorship.

What We're Looking For:

• Studentscurrentlyenrolledin a technical college program.

• Functional knowledge of JSON, SQL, or XML.

• Ability tomanage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

• Strong organizational,timemanagement,and problem-solving skills.

• Clearcommunicatorwith an eagerness to learn, ask questions, and work as part of a team.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) connections.

• Familiarity withobject-orientedprogrammingskillsand/orcommandline.
