Мультиканальная платформа информирования и управления высокоприоритетными сбоями в Банке и экосистеме Сбера с оценкой влияния на клиентские сервисы в онлайн режиме. Продукт предназначен для топ-менеджмента банка и экосистемы, руководителей подразделений, владельцев и лидеров продуктов, дежурных смен и специалистов по сопровождению ИТ-услуг. Основная цель - эффективное управление массовыми отклонениями для минимизации негативного влияния на внешних и внутренних клиентов.

Обязанности

  • разработка микросервисов для АС «Sber911» на java
  • разработка тестов для микросервисов
  • ревью и оптимизация кода
  • подготовка документации для развертывания микросервисов
  • участие в тестировании и исправлении ошибок в микросервисах
  • помощь сопровождению АС «Sber911» в устранении проблем, проведении релизов, локализации ошибок при возникновении инцидентов
  • обучение, развитие своих компетенции, помощь коллегам.

Требования

  • опыт коммерческой разработки от 5-х лет
  • знание Java 17, 21
  • опыт работы с Quarkus Framework или Spring Framework (с доучиванием на Quarkus)
  • знание SQL
  • навыки работы с Apache Kafka
  • опыт использования Docker и Jenkins
  • опыт работы с AI ( langchain4j,mcp, a2a)
  • понимание принципов микросервисной архитектуры.
