Associate, Graphics Producer - Global Creative Marketing

The NFL is seeking a Graphics Producer to join the Global Creative Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing workflow and assigning resources for design, animation, & graphics production requests for use in on-air commercials, social content, and digital marketing assets. Projects will support all areas of the NFL business, including tentpole events, social-first projects and series, various integrated marketing campaigns for the League, cause initiatives, and NFL media products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workload of in-house designers, illustrators, and animators, ensuring efficient process and delivery of all motion and static graphic elements produced by the team.
• Collaborate with creative directors, campaign producers, editors, and other internal stakeholders to intake and prioritize design, illustration, and animation requests for the in-house team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive deliverables lists, schedules, and Asana intake requests for and produced by the in-house teams.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, processes, and workflows for external partners who produce and deliver graphic elements and toolkits for various campaigns.
• Work cross functionally with IT, Engineering, Facilities, and other groups to ensure all designers and animators have the appropriate systems, tools, software, and processes in place to execute their work as efficiently as possible.
• Provide high level quality control to ensure all graphic assets are delivered to the appropriate creative standards and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience

Other Key Attributes / Characteristics

• Experience working with project management software, preferably Asana.
• Expert knowledge of workflow, formats, and specs for TV commercial production, social content, and digital marketing assets. Primary software: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Knowledge of the NFL, players, events, and storylines is preferred.
• Extensive experience working in fast-paced creative environments.
• Ability to multi-task, manage simultaneous creative requests and deadlines, and perform in high pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve and troubleshoot in high pressure environments with limited time to do so.
• This person has a strategic and creative mindset who is self-starting and manages projects and initiatives with minimal direction.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Promote a culture of positivity, collaboration, creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm of work.
• Most importantly, this person needs to be organized, efficient and eager to go the extra mile on

  every initiative.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

• Travel 0-25%
• This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
