At NAVEX, we’re transforming the world—making it safer, more ethical, and ensuring every voice is heard. That’s real impact.

Our high-performance culture is driven by our values.  We move with speed, passion and purpose — as one team. We are bold in our ideas, accountable in our actions, and committed to doing the right things right.

The Sales Learning Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and facilitating sales learning programs that build seller capability and drive measurable business performance. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and HR to identify capability gaps, translate business priorities into learning solutions, and deliver scalable programs across the global sales organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design and adult learning expertise with excellent program management and business acumen. You can move seamlessly between identifying and assessing need, hands-on learning design, stakeholder alignment, facilitation, and measurement of program effectiveness.

You’ll thrive in this hybrid role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success.  Join us and help shape what’s next!

What you’ll get:

Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people—at a scale few companies can match.

High-Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.

Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.

Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.

Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you’ll do:

Own the full lifecycle of sales learning programs—from needs analysis and design through launch, reinforcement, measurement, and iteration

Partner with Sales Leadership and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend the right learning, coaching, process, tools or other interventions

Design and develop engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles, blended learning, microlearning, practice, reinforcement, and application-based methodologies

Build scalable programs across sales onboarding, methodology and selling skills, product knowledge, sales leadership development, and ongoing seller professional development

Develop high-quality learning assets, including facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, practice activities, and reinforcement plans

Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, including project plans, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and communications

Facilitate in-person, instructor-led and virtual learning sessions

Partner with sales managers to embed learning into ongoing coaching and performance management

Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness through participation, knowledge/skill application, behavioral change and business impact

Use learner and stakeholder feedback, performance data, and program results to continuously improve programs

Coordinate external learning partners and vendors as needed

Help establish scalable, consistent learning programming, standards, processes, templates, and governance across the Sales organization

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of progressive experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, instructional design, talent development, or related field

Demonstrated experience owning learning programs from strategy/design through implementation and evaluation

Deep knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience creating blended learning journeys using a variety of modalities

Experience supporting SaaS sales organizations and building programs that strengthen seller capability and performance; Sandler Sales methodology certification is strongly preferred

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the executive presence and business judgment to partner effectively

Experience using learning technology, LMS, and virtual learning platforms

Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through

AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes

Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX’s core values

Our side of the deal:

We’ll be clear, we’ll move fast, and we’ll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make—and we commit to doing that every step of the way.

The starting pay for this role is $100,000 per annum. Discover how you can grow, lead, and make an impact by visiting our career page to learn more. NAVEX is an equal opportunity employer committed to including individuals of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities and veteran status.
