Wordpress / CRM Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and page layouts.
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.
• Manage website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and maintain lead capture forms and landing pages, ensuring smooth data flow into the CRM.
• Own, configure, and maintain Navtech's CRM system (Pipedrive), including custom fields, workflows, automations, and API-level integrations.
• Configure custom CRM dashboards, views, and automated workflows and alerts for leadership visibility.
• Support sales/BD teams with deal stages, activity logs, and pipeline records.
• Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene through structured validation and clean-up processes.
• Take up CRM development and automation-related tasks beyond standard configuration.
• Onboard team members, create SOPs, and provide training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress developer, with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Working knowledge of any CRM platform, such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Good understanding of CRM data structures and workflow automation.
• Good debugging and troubleshooting skills across both website and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
