NBCUniversal is an American media company that combines the NBC broadcast network, a group of cable channels, the Universal film and television studios, the Peacock streaming service and Universal theme parks in Florida, California, Japan and Britain. It has been owned by Comcast since 2011 and derives revenue from advertising, distribution fees paid by pay television and streaming subscribers, film releases and park admissions, making it unusually diversified across media formats. Headquartered in New York, the company spun most of its cable networks into a separate listed business in 2025 while keeping NBC, Bravo, Peacock and the studios and parks.

NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. We create world-class content, which we distribute across our portfolio of film, television, and streaming, and bring to life through our global theme park destinations, consumer products, and experiences.
