A bit about your role
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in bringing people, plans and technology together to deliver successful outcomes across Production Engineering. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, projects and operational work, coordinating resources, schedules, dependencies and implementation activities to ensure delivery is seamless, well-governed and aligned to business priorities.
Working closely with engineering teams, technical specialists, field operations, vendors and business stakeholders, you will build strong partnerships that enable effective decision-making, resolve challenges and create momentum towards shared goals. You will guide initiatives through change and governance processes, ensuring delivery readiness, operational impacts and risks are thoughtfully managed. As a trusted point of contact, you will provide leaders with clear visibility of progress, facilitate governance forums and support the successful adoption of new technologies, products and operational capabilities.
Beyond delivery, you will champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen governance and improve operational efficiency. Through your collaborative and proactive approach, you will help create an environment where teams can innovate, adapt and consistently deliver value for our customers and the business.
