We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role supports our mission by ensuring accurate digital records and administrative operations. The position is fully remote within the United States.
Key responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and organizational record systems.
Review records for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and duplicate entries.
Digitize, organize, and categorize electronic documents.
Verify information against source documents and report discrepancies.
Maintain organized digital files and follow established recordkeeping procedures.
Assist with routine administrative reporting and data reconciliation.
Handle sensitive organizational and client information responsibly.
Communicate with team members to resolve missing or inconsistent information.
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant demonstrated experience).
Basic computer proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and word-processing applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage repetitive tasks accurately.
Good written communication and time-management skills.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Nice to have
Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or records management experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or database systems.
Experience handling confidential records.
Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
