• Position: AI & Hyperautomation Engineer II
• Location: Serbia

• Job Type: Full-time

• Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer and business requirements to support automation, conversational AI, and hyperautomation initiatives.
  • Support the development, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of AI Voice and Chat Agents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to improve AI-powered customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain solution documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Configure and maintain solutions built on Google CX Studio, Google ADK, UiPath, Power Automate, Azure, and related platforms.
  • Support conversational design activities, including conversation flows, intents, prompts, routing, and escalation logic.
  • Maintain and optimize RAG implementations, knowledge repositories, vector databases, and retrieval configurations.
  • Assist with API integrations, workflow development, MCP service integrations, and process automation initiatives.
  • Support deployment and release activities using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor agent performance, customer interactions, evaluation results, and operational metrics.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, investigate defects, and implement optimization improvements.
  • Execute regression testing and validation activities before production deployments.
  • Support automated evaluations by maintaining evaluation datasets, test cases, and regression scenarios.
  • Analyze conversation data and evaluation results to identify quality improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for conversational AI, automation, and customer experience programs.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.

• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Google CX Studio; Dialogflow experience is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google ADK or similar AI agent development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience working with Python and API integrations.
  • Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, and RAG concepts.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge management solutions.
  • Experience supporting AI Voice Agents, Chat Agents, virtual assistants, or automation platforms.
  • Understanding of automated evaluations, testing methodologies, and conversational analytics.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in automation, software development, conversational AI, AI agents, or hyperautomation roles.
  • Basic to intermediate Python development experience.
  • Experience using Git-based source control systems.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, and RAG concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
