NCS Australia is the Australian arm of the Singapore technology services group NCS, itself owned by Singtel, and it was assembled from 2021 onwards through the acquisitions of ARQ Group, Eighty20 Solutions, Riley and several other local firms. It delivers cloud and platform engineering, data and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, application development and managed services to Australian government agencies, banks, telecommunications operators and utilities. Headquartered in Sydney with offices across the eastern states, it employs several thousand people and competes against the global integrators for federal and state government work.

Make extraordinary happen

At NCS Australia, we’re the challenger alternative in technology services and consulting. With more than 47 years of Australian heritage, we partner with governments and leading organisations to solve complex challenges, embrace new opportunities and deliver outcomes that make a real difference.

Our people bring together expertise across technology, consulting, delivery, operations, sales and corporate functions. We work collaboratively, challenge the status quo and give our people the opportunity to make an impact - for our clients, our communities and each other.

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a strategic Credit as a Service transformation program. In this role, you will drive business and technology outcomes across the customer credit assessment, onboarding, decisioning, billing and customer lifecycle journey, working closely with stakeholders across business, product, architecture, engineering, risk, compliance, and third-party service providers.

You will lead end-to-end business analysis activities, from requirements elicitation and documentation through to solution design support, delivery, testing, and business transition. The role involves analysing current and future state processes, identifying business impacts across digital platforms and enterprise systems, and defining user stories, business rules, process flows, and data requirements.

Working across API-led integrations and complex system landscapes, you will partner with architects, engineers, product teams and external vendors to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions. You will support integration initiatives spanning customer onboarding, credit decisioning, billing, customer account management, and external service providers.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to facilitate workshops across business, technology, product, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor teams. You will identify opportunities to improve business processes, simplify customer journeys, enhance credit decisioning outcomes, and support operational readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end business analysis across complex enterprise transformation programs.
  • Strong experience in credit assessment, credit decisioning, lending, customer onboarding, customer lifecycle management, fraud, risk, or related domains.
  • Experience delivering business analysis across billing, customer account management, revenue management, customer migration, or customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Strong Technical Business Analyst capability, including API integrations, interface analysis, data mapping, business rules definition, and solution design support.
  • Experience working across complex enterprise application landscapes and third-party vendor integrations.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, BPMN process models, business rules, and data mapping artefacts.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, architecture, engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and external vendor teams.
  • Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, operational readiness, and business transition activities.
  • Telecommunications, banking, financial services, lending, FinTech, or customer-facing digital transformation experience will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
