We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Bank's IT Application Support function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, application stability, governance, and digital transformation initiatives across the Bank's technology landscape.

The Job

• Providing strategic leadership and direction for enterprise banking applications while driving digitization and Change-the-Bank (CTB) initiatives
• Ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical applications through effective application support governance
• Managing incident, problem, change, and release management processes while ensuring service continuity and operational resilience
• Leading root cause analysis initiatives and implementing permanent solutions to minimize recurring incidents
• Establishing and maintaining robust compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory governance frameworks
• Managing vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and third-party performance to ensure optimal service delivery
• Driving business continuity planning (BCP), disaster recovery (DR), and resilience management activities across critical applications
• Strengthening quality assurance, testing, automation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Delivering executive-level reporting, management dashboards, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing application support team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
