Senior Deputy Manager - Data & Analytics

The Job:

• Lead complex analytical engagements by extracting, integrating, and interpreting large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse platforms, systems, and external sources to deliver actionable business insights
• Drive advanced descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics initiatives, leveraging granular-level datasets to identify emerging trends, optimize performance, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making across the organization
• Partner with senior stakeholders, business units, and external parties to understand evolving business challenges and translate them into innovative, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Provide strategic input into business requirements, data architecture, solution design, and analytics frameworks to ensure scalability, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives
• Lead and oversee end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Data Integration, ETL, Data Governance, and Digital Transformation projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder satisfaction
• Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization by promoting analytics best practices, developing performance dashboards, and enabling self-service reporting capabilities
• Establish and maintain robust data quality, governance, and compliance standards to ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of enterprise data assets
