We work in an environment where Developers are more exposed to IT and systems in production and the IT professionals are more exposed to the software development process. As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Java and React, you will be at the forefront of building, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and enhance general application software and specialized programs.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Customize and optimize software applications to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Participate actively in the complete product development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern technologies.
- Build and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery within defined timelines while taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate: B.Tech /B.E. - Any Specialization, BCA
Post Graduate: M.Tech/ M.E. - Computers; MCA Computers; Post Graduation Not Mandatory
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, React.js and Next.js.
- Expertise in REST API development and integration.
- Experience with MSSQL or MySQL databases.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with Git or other distributed version control systems.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with Document Databases (e.g., Elasticsearch), Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j), and NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
