Data Scientist

The Data Scientist role focused on building metrics frameworks, dashboards, and predictive models for a digital ordering pipeline. The position involves advanced statistical analysis, anomaly detection, and cross-functional collaboration to support executive and engineering decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Define and build the metrics framework for the digital ordering pipeline.
• Design dashboards to track order volume, throughput, turnaround times, error rates, and system stability.
• Build predictive models for order failures, volume trends, and capacity needs.
• Develop automated anomaly detection to identify pipeline issues early.
• Apply statistical methods for root cause analysis.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve data collection.
• Translate technical and statistical findings into clear business narratives.
• Investigate ad hoc data questions and production issues.
• Quantify incident impact and support root cause analysis.
• Document metric definitions, model logic, data sources, and dashboard design.
