Job Summary :

We are looking for a Golang Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and practical experience in developing scalable web applications using Go / Golang.

Mandatory Skills :

Golang / Go, REST APIs, RDBMS (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Strong Programming & CS Fundamentals, Problem-Solving, Web Application Development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Golang.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs/web services.
• Write clean, maintainable, extensible, and production-ready code.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and deliver them on time.
• Follow coding best practices with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve application performance.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Golang / Go development.
• Strong programming and Computer Science fundamentals
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs / Web Services
• Experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining software projects
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Git / Version Control
• Exposure to NoSQL databases
• Experience with Go frameworks and supporting libraries
• Experience in end-to-end web application development
• HackerRank, HackerEarth, or similar coding credentials

• Candidates with a Computer Science / Engineering / MCA background are preferred.

Education :

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline preferred.
• MCA or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
• Strong programming skills and practical development experience will be given significant importance.
